May I show you around?

Let me tell you a bit about myself. My art studies include everything from still life to portraiture. I've also dabbled in ceramics, stained glass and batik , among other craft disciplines.

I began stitching in high school and my first piece won second place in a statewide competition. In 1974, while working on my American Indian book, I decided to market a line of hand painted needlepoint canvases. Four years later I realized the versatility of charted designs.
Since then, I have designed charts exclusively.

Almost twenty years ago I returned to California and became a commission artist. My work in this area involves embroidered and painted fabric. Most recently I've begun accepting commissions to create "one of a kind" quilted wall hangings.
